Okay, I have to report that after my 2000 word purge yesterday, I feel remarkably better. I’ve been productive today both with house-related projects and with my day job.
I have more to add but I’m trying to keep it short.
So, I’m leaving you with this…..Sylvia, the Golden Retriever saint. She’s in dire need of the doggie spa, but really, she’s just the sweetest dog ever. She looks a bit perturbed in this photo, but it still makes me smile.
I should have added to my action plan yesterday to spend time with my fur baby.

Thank you! She really is precious. I never understood people who seemed slightly obsessed with Goldens as a breed before having one. Now I do. She was the runt of her litter and Gil’s uncle gave her to us because he didn’t think he could legitimately sell her. I’m not one to pay for an animal — I’m more the shelter-acquiring variety of pet owner. We really lucked out with Sylvia. We couldn’t ask for a more perfect family pet.
